CANCELLATION POLICY FOR COVENTRY ANAESTHETIC COURSES

For Written Examination Courses (MCQ/SBA/SAQ) Courses:

Cancellation from 4 calendar weeks to 1 calendar week prior to midnight of the day the course starts will not incur any cost.

Cancellation within 1 calendar week will lead to an administration charge of £25 (or £50 if you have had access to online materials).

For SOE and OSCE Courses:

Cancellation from 4 calendar weeks to 2 calendar weeks prior to midnight of the day the course starts will not incur any cost.

Cancellation within 2 calendar weeks up until the start of the course will incur cost of 100% course fee (if we cannot fill your place), or an administration charge of £25 if we can fill your place. We endeavour to fill your place by offering it to successive candidates on the waiting list, wherever possible, but it can be difficult for candidates from the waiting list to take a late position due to leave requirements from their hospital.

We will not be responsible for any consequential losses (e.g. travel or accommodation costs) incurred by you in such cases and you may wish to consider taking out appropriate travel insurance for any non-refundable costs you incur when arranging to attend the course.

The administration charges are to cover the time taken to find another candidate and to deal with your payment/refund.
