STAFF NETWORKS

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is committed to ensuring that our members of staff feel fully supported, safe and happy at work.

The development of specific staff networks allows us to address and solve problems for under-represented groups and individuals throughout the Trust.

We currently have three staff networks:

• Pride Network (LGBTQ+ Network)
• SPOC Network (Supporting People of Colour Network)
• DAWN (Disability and Wellbeing Network)

Staff networks allow our staff to come together, share their experiences and facilitate further learning and development. They assist in the shaping and delivery of Trust-wide strategies and policies, ensuring that all voices are heard. More Information on each network can be found on TrustNav.
