Overview:
A popular MDT RCOA Accredited simulation course looking at the MDT team workings of the management of trauma patients. With emphasis on team working, communication, TTL role, primary survey, human factors, order of interventions and much more. We have an array of tried and tested scenarios that can be tailored to meet your learning needs. Each scenario will be debriefed by trained, highly experienced faculty. Includes a certificate of attendance for each candidate for your portfolio.
Target Audience:
All health professionals involved in the care of a trauma patient in resus at UHCW.
Course Objectives:
This course has been developed to give the MDT involved in the primary survey and management of a trauma patient the opportunity to train and learn together in a safe environment. These sessions are lead and debriefed by highly experienced faculty.
